With the Christmas holiday behind us and 2009 underway, I can’t believe it is time to start thinking about Valentine’s Day already! Love is definitely in the air!
I have started planning for the lovey dovey holiday myself. I started working on an idea (that I swiped from Brenda that she did with her daughter last year). I am making K’s Valentine’s cards for preschool this year, and I wanted them to be cute and memorable. I got tons of great advice and input on the design yesterday and took it all to heart, and here is the (maybe) final version.
What do you think?

And my boys have BOTH informed me that if I make cutesy Vday cards and make them take them to school, they will kill me. :p

That is one perfect adorable Valentine’s day card!! And too funny about your boys not wanting one!!
That is just too cute and very creative! (Don’t think my boys would go for it though.) Yes, Christmas is gone from the store and now it’s hearts everywhere. Guess it is time to start thinking about it.
Absolutely the cutest valentine card I have ever seen. ~Jackie

Jess, that is great WOW!!! We need to dig something cool up for our boys as well.
Ok, Jess–this is the cleverest I have seen! I just LOVE the pigtail Hearts–and the fact that she has red hair is the icing on the cake.
Very cute! I think these cards will be the hit of the preschool group.

I think this should be your final version…it’s perfect!
I can’t believe you have these done already! It’s darling!
I’m really liking this card. I’m going to have to get Eliana’s designed and printed this week or next. Eliana’s surgery is January 19th so I need to get a photo before then. That’ll be a fun challenge. That tractor was somewhere in Crawford County I think. Not far from my house anyway.
She is soooooo adorable Jess
How creative! Love this!!!
I LOVE it! I loved the idea when Brenda did it and I love it now
She looks so happy. I like the card design, too.

I love this idea. I have a question totally off subject. Can someone tell me how the photo of the day works. Can you look at entries?
I love it! That is the cutest picture ever! You should make the boys each one, just to fake them out!!
